Meeting rooms are guaranteed by 2pm on arrival day and lodging by 4pm.
Please allow time in your retreat schedule to vacate lodging by 9am on your departure day. No exceptions.
You may use your meeting space up until 11am on departure day. (2pm if you have lunch scheduled)
Please allow time in your schedule to depart on time.
Your retreat includes one meeting room. Do you require more? (We cannot guarantee the use of more than one. This is dependent on other groups renting camp)
Two tables and chairs per your final headcount are provided in your meeting space. Do you require more?
One mic and music stand/pulpit are provided. Do you require more?

Lodging
Linens and towels are provided for the following accommodations: Hope Lodge, Faith Lodge, Sugarpine Lodge, Sequoia House and all other Cabin Houses.
Camp DOES NOT provide linens for the A-Frame Dorms or Bunk Houses.
Please bring your own sleeping bags, linens, etc. if you are staying in a dorm or bunk house.

Campfire
Your retreat comes with one complimentary campfire for one hour (weather permitting).
Sugarpine Snack Shop
Check this box if you would like the Camp Store & Snack Shop open. (We accommodate 2-4pm)
Meals
Meal times are as follows: Breakfast - 8am, Lunch - Noon, Dinner - 5:30pm
The dining hall is open for ONE HOUR after the meal begins.
Nurse/First Aid Provider
Recreation
We offer recreation from 1-5pm for $15 per person per day (Zipline 1-3:30pm, then BBs/Archery from 3:45-5pm) (Archery is replaced by Tubing if there is enough snow)
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Finalized numbers and housing lists are required 2 weeks prior to your retreat, at which point food will be ordered and a final invoice will be sent to you. Keep in mind your headcount cannot exceed the maximum numbers communicated to you. Please arrive at camp ready to pay the expected balance for meals, regardless if fewer participants attend. Changes in headcount will be reflected on your final invoice for lodging and activities. If your number falls below 80% of your contracted minimum, you will be charged for 50% of the difference.
